If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, don’t worry—we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee to ensure your peace of mind!

ATTENTION: Did you receive a pair of shoes a size smaller than your original order?

If so, this was done intentionally.

Due to cumulative customer feedback, we recently decided to size down some of our shoe models in order to keep them closer to true US size. 

This has helped us increase our customer satisfaction and we strive to achieve your satisfaction as well.

If your shoe size shows a size smaller than your original order, we kindly ask you to try them on before requesting a return.

If they fit you as comfortably as originally expected, we encourage you to keep your order. 

However, if they do not fit comfortably, do not worry, we will replace them promptly, at no cost to you.

EASY SIZE EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that finding the perfect fit is essential, especially when it comes to shoes. If your shoes don’t fit perfectly, we’ve made the exchange process as easy as possible for you. Just reach out to us, and we'll take care of the rest!

Here’s how our Easy Size Exchange works:

  1. Contact Us: Let us know that you need a different size. freedom@1776sequel.com.
  2. Replacement Order: We’ll immediately process your replacement order for the correct size.
  3. Free Return Shipping: We’ll generate and send you a prepaid shipping label so you can easily send back the original pair.
  4. Ship It Back in the Original Condition: Simply use the label to send the original shoes back to us.

We aim to make your exchange experience hassle-free, ensuring you get the perfect fit without any extra costs.

 

REFUNDS

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at freedom@1776sequel.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: 9249 S Broadway Unit 200-174, Highlands Ranch, CO 80129.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The shipping cost to return each item is $8.00, which will be deducted from your total refund amount. This is only applicable for returns with no exchanges. When exchanging an item, we cover the cost of the shipping label.

DAMAGES & ISSUES 


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

REFUNDS

 
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
